[SciPy-User] ANN: Scipy 0.16.0 beta release 2

Hi all,

The second beta for Scipy 0.16.0 is now available. After beta 1 a couple of critical issues on Windows were solved, and there are now also 32-bit Windows binaries (along with the sources and release notes) available on https://sourceforge.net/projects/scipy/files/scipy/0.16.0b2/.

Please try this release and report any issues on the scipy-dev mailing list.
