[SciPy-User] OT (C++): Opinions re: C++ FEM packages

Sorry for the OT post, but this is where i trust the recommendations i'd get: any opinions/recommendations on what's available in C++ nowadays for Finite Element work?

Hi David!

I assume you are asking about open source options (instead of
commercial software), right?

I personally find the code_aster (http://www.code-aster.org/) the most powerful.

I know that dealii (http://www.dealii.org/) is pretty good and active too!
